Job Description

Our client is extending its capabilities to include project and technical support for investment banking clients, initially in Saudi Arabia but potentially also in other Gulf countries, they are recruiting a Financial Fraud Solutions to join their team.

Requirements:

Planning, executing, and delivering end-to-end projects related to fraud detection, prevention systems, and compliance within financial environments.
Work closely with product managers, development teams, data scientists, and client stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Lead and manage multiple projects focused on financial fraud prevention, risk analytics, and transaction monitoring systems.
Develop detailed project plans using MS Project and timelines in alignment with client and internal requirements.
Ensure projects comply with financial regulatory standards (e.g., AML, KYC, PSD2).
Manage scope, change requests, and project documentation.
Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule.
Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals are achieved.
Deliver status updates and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in financial services, banking, or fintech environments.
Hands-on experience managing fraud-related technology projects (e.g., real-time transaction monitoring, rule engines, AI/ML-based fraud detection).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
PMP Certified / Agile Scrum Master
Working abroad and no travel constraints
