Role and Responsibilities:
As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and securing high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Java Development Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, including:
• Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Building and maintaining scalable backend systems

Frontend Exposure (Plus):

• Familiarity with Angular, React, or Thymeleaf is considered a plus

Payments & Fintech Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including:Payment gateways and plugins
• SoftPOS solutions
• Credit/Debit card systems
• Accounting integrations

Security Expertise:

• Experience securing complex solutions across:Web browsers (WBC) and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE)
• Native iOS and Android applications
• Secure Elements (SE)
• Hands-on experience with:HSMs (Hardware Security Modules)
• Web and mobile application security
• OpenSSL and encryption protocols
• Code obfuscation, memory protection, and RASP

Architecture & Scalability:

• Strong experience in designing microservices architectures
• Understanding of vertical, horizontal, and ad-hoc scaling approaches

Mobile & SDK Experience:

• Experience working with native Android/iOS SDKs
• Knowledge of secure mobile development practices

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments
• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
