Job Description
Our client is a company comprised of a distinguished team of specialists in the realm of IT technologies. With extensive experience, the team is adept at conceptualizing, designing, developing, and deploying scalable IT systems and vital applications, particularly in the domains of ePayment, Cards, and Financial solutions and services. To facilitate its expansion within the region, they are seeking an ITSM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Setting up KPIs to measure, control and improve the ITSM process.
- Build and generate reports for the departments to review their performance.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years’ experience in IT service management domain (Events, Incidents, problem, and change management)
- Solid hands-on experience administering Atlassian Jira Service Management and Jira Work Management cloud-based platforms (including configuring workflows, screens, reports, and general related administration tasks including users management, automation, projects creation, etc.)
- Ability to document, build and maintain the related service process workflow and setting up KPIs to measure, control and improve the ITSM process
- Preferably having ITIL Foundation certification
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical related field.
- Familiarity with banking and payments industry in addition to digital solution and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good Communication skills.
