We are Staffing for our client who is a National Saudi Institution responsible for guiding the digital transformation and telecommunications sectors. They formulate policies, strategies, and initiative to foster innovation, expand ICT infrastructure, regulate the telecommunications industry, and enhance cybersecurity.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Ability to document, build and maintain the process workflow.
- Setting up KPIs to measure, control and improve the ITSM process.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Build and generate reports for the departments to review their performance.
General Requirements:
- Min. 4+ years of experience in IT service management domain (Incidents, problem and change management).
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical related field.
- Good Communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
