Work & Experience
Create, develop, and implement an analytical system to create reports that illustrate and visualize the business analysis, highlighting weaknesses and promoting opportunities. Manage the CRM and Billing applications. Perform centralized application monitoring to ensure service levels and performance are met, addressing and escalating performance and operational issues. Discover vulnerabilities and risks in networks, software systems, and data centers with ongoing vulnerability scans, monitor network data, and ensure hardware and software applications are updated.
Develop and create comprehensive marketing plans outlining specific tactics, timelines, and budgets aligned with the chapter’s overall objectives to achieve the desired goals. Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various social media channels, and events. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure their success and the achievement of departmental goals. Communicate and collaborate with other V.P.s, such as the V.P. of professional development and the V.P. of members and work closely with them to align marketing efforts with overall chapter objectives and member’s needs.
