Infrastructure Design and Architecture: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Security and Compliance: Ensure that the IT infrastructure meets industry standards and compliance requirements for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Capacity Planning: Monitor and assess the capacity and performance of IT systems to anticipate and address scalability and performance issues. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure or disaster. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the IT infrastructure team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and cost optimization initiatives. Vendor Management: Evaluate and select technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality of service and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other IT teams, business units, and executive leadership to ensure alignment of IT infrastructure initiatives with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns. Designing, building, implementing and managing servers on premises and on Azure Cloud of different operating systems, such as Windows, macOS or Linux, including fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve performance and reliability. Build and lead a skilled IT infrastructure team, including network administrators, system administrators, and support staff, foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Implement ITIL-based change management processes to minimize disruptions when making infrastructure changes
