As a Sales Coordinator, I am responsible for supporting the sales team by managing data, reporting, and streamlining processes to improve overall performance and productivity. Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on sales performance, achievements, KPIs, and enhancement progress. Assigning leads to sales team members, assisting in retrieving missing lead information, resolving CRM-related issues, and Handling credit approvals, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Managing CRM data, tracking team productivity, and ensuring effective task management within the sales team. Collaborating with development teams to propose CRM and data feature enhancements and streamline sales processes. Conducting audits and reviews of sales performance, identifying discrepancies, and recommending strategies to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
Handling and following up on freight forwarding standard, special, and hazardous booking requests as well as the operational achievement of transport activities, in compliance with international law and IMDG restrictions to meet customers’ expectations. Duties & Responsibilities: Processing Hazardous and special cargo booking requests Accurate data entering of all provided shipment reservation data in the related systems Preparing the necessary related documentation, Hazardous declarations, reports, and legal papers Coordinate and communicate with internal (departments and entities) and external (customers) parties to ensure accuracy Amending customer requests as desired after confirmation Other duties include training new-joiners, Auditing the team’s bookings and correcting any errors, sending daily productivity reports, and working with HO to improve the booking process and facilitate customer requests
