• Build and manage virtual event project plan. • Build and manage pre-production timeline for all elements of virtual event. • Manage all event-related deliverable submission deadlines and approvals. • Conduct quality assurance checks on event registration set up, pre-event and post-event email communication set up and event platform set up; escalate errors to proper contact responsible. • Conduct final quality assurance review on all session set up. • Assist with any needs during live events.
• Manage all event Digital related material, from websites, mobile apps, events management system, registration portals, web servers including hosting, domains, & content management, etc. • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and collaborate with technology team to standardize, rationalize, and consolidate tools/ applications that enable service excellence. • Coordinate between different units to ensure the projects’ objectives are met. • Supervise the content updates of the portals, website & apps according to the need and developments of the conference in coordination with the project manager (Registration forms, Communication emails, Speaker’s portals, etc.) • Plan and manage onsite IT (registration system, badge printing, access control, e-signage, staff training, etc.) • Research new and competing technologies within the industry.
