Handling all categories of disputes, re-presentments and compliance issues in accordance with Visa and MasterCard Operating Regulations. Providing operational support on all aspects of Acquiring Chargebacks. Applying knowledge of card scheme guidelines to defend chargebacks raised by issuing banks. Preparing and submit accurate defense packages in line with the relevant PSP/Acquirer requirements. Investigating and highlight potential technical issues that could result in a loss of representing rights. Monitoring fraudulent transactions though real time fraud tools and fraud management system (Decision Intelligence). Reviewing fraud trends on card transactions and recommend changes to prevent future potential losses. Handling fraud reports like Fraud insights report and TC40 for acquiring and ADC alerts, predictive notifications, Safety NET and compromised account for issuing to mitigate the risk. Monitoring and analyzing account top-ups through payment by link to detect any suspicious behavior. Enhance automation of current processes through the acquisition of new technologies or improvements to current technologies.
