I am a Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in .NET/C# backend development. My professional plan focuses on bridging the gap between complex technical engineering and strategic project management.
Short-Term Goals (6–12 Months): Technical Leadership – My immediate focus is to transition from a pure development role into Team Leadership.
