Most recently, I served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a government agency, leading modernization and system integration initiatives where rigorous QA practices were central to delivery success. These roles have equipped me with deep expertise in:
End-to-end testing of banking applications across B2C, B2B, C2B, G2C, and G2G transaction flows
Database validation and testing using Oracle (releases 5 through 19c) as a middleware and backend engine
Integration testing for complex application ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms
Defect lifecycle management, test planning, and test case design aligned with banking regulatory standards
