- Installed, configured and fully implemented Protel PMS for Le Gray Hotel Beirut, including system setup, database configuration, user training and integration of all required interfaces (POS, PBX, KES, Accounting and other third-party systems) - Manage client support cases across multiple software (Protel PMS , SWIFT digital menu), including troubleshooting issues, performing solution build-ups & ensuring timely resolution - Collaborate closely with product manager to define new features scopes, translate requirements to development team, & assist in setting up testing environments. -Conducting manual testing updates delivered by developers, validating new functionalities before deployment. - Regularly meeting with clients & end usersto provide training sessions ensuring they could effectively use the platform & utilize new system functionalities. - Document new features, updates & processes to maintain clear technical & user-facing records. - Continuously maintaining and updating existing projects to meet evolving client requirements and improve performance. - Lead & support enhancements to Protel PMS software by including high impact features such as online reservations with Synxis & housekeeping mobile application based on client requirements & business needs. - Provide network & hardware support when required.
