A startup that sells a SaaS solution created for organizations to help them with training and evaluating the day-to-day tasks of the employees in the workplace. Their solution is accessible on mobile, tablet or PC to guarantee simplicity and prompt implementation.
Their Challenge
Our client has a versatile technical team where each team member has multiple hats. Despite the fact that the team is good technically, they faced multiple challenges dealing with deadlines. This was due to the fact that they were not implementing multiple project management best practices from building roadmap, defining targets, defining MVP, crafting well defined features or initiative.
Our Solution
In 6 months, we helped our client streamline all of their processes from building roadmaps, defining scope, constructing budget and establishing delivery plans. Over a 4-sprint (2-month) coaching period, we guided them to understand all Scrum best practices. We addressed SLA challenges and improved their service desk operations through workshops around roadmap, scope, schedules, budgets, quality, support, change management and Scrum. Then, we helped them define clear roles and responsibilities for each employee to avoid task overload, reduce attrition and improve resource retention.
